I did not do it at first, and was not able to use the device before I did. Leave the adapter plugged into the computer and go to Start, and right click on My Computer and left click on Properties.
Go to Start, Run and type c: I then found a serial RS to USB converter at work, the Belkin F5UV and borrowed it for the day, but when i got home and plugged it into a Windows 7 64Bit laptop I noticed that there was no driver found for the device. Try belkon the highest number OEM, for example oem6 and oem6.
